This 2000 A current clamp allows you to measure up to 2000 amps without cutting, disconnecting or stripping wires. Simply clamp the jaws around the cable to be tested and plug the clamp into a PicoBNC+ compatible PicoScope Diagnostic Oscilloscope. Its wide range allows currents from under 1 A up to 2000 A to be measured and it features extra screening to reduce noise pickup.

Clamp configuration is done automatically in the PicoScope software. This eliminates mismatch errors in ranging that can occur during manual setup. The clamp is also powered via the scope, through the PicoBNC+ connection, and therefore does not require any batteries. Additionally, the clamp is auto-zeroed whenever connected to the scope.
